Terms of Service
Please read the terms and FAQ before placing an order. Terms of Service may be updated at anytime.Please read the item's description and view all photos. If you have any questions about the items, their conditions or our policies, please ask before ordering. Occasionally, we may call you directly if there's an issue with your order. Please leave a message in the notes box if you prefer all communication be done by email.
PAYMENT:
We currently only accept payment via PayPal. If you pay via PayPal echeck, the order will not be shipped until the echeck is cleared.
We welcome invoice requests.
SHIPPING:
A cleared payment is required within 24 hours so we can process and pack your order for shipping. If no payment is made within 24 hours, the order will be canceled. However, unpaid item(s) will be available to other buyers so it is best to pay immediately. If we made a mistake in the description and/or the item(s) is out of stock, we will contact you about a replacement or issue a partial or full refund immediately.
We ship within 1 business days after receiving payment. Packages weighing less than 16 ounces will be shipped via First Class Mail. Packages weighing more than 16 ounces will be shipped via Priority Mail. We ship orders Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on a Friday will not be shipped until the following week.
We will ship to the shipping address provided in your eCRATER order. This shipping address must be the same as the 'ship to' address chosen during payment submission via PayPal. The buyer is responsible for supplying the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for any delays/lost packages due to shipping address errors. If you made a mistake, please contact us immediately so we can correct the error.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
We do not accept returns unless the item is not as described upon arrival. Please contact us to resolve any issues.
